Whole Foods Market Laguna Niguel to Host 5% Day for Laura’s House

Laura’s House is grateful to Whole Foods Market Laguna Niguel for supporting us in changing the social beliefs, attitudes and the behaviors that perpetuate domestic violence while creating a safe space in which to empower individuals and families affected by abuse.
On Wednesday, April 3, Whole Food Market in Laguna Niguel will be hosting a “5% Day” to benefit Laura’s House! Shop during store hours that day, and 5% of all of your purchases will go to Laura’s House to support our emergency shelter and transitional housing services; 24-hour crisis hotline; counseling and legal support services; and community education programs including the H.E.A.R.T. program for teens.
In addition to supporting Laura’s House through their purchases during “5% Day,” store shoppers can stop by the front entrance between 10am and 3pm, and blend their own Laura’s Signature Smoothie using fresh ingredients from Whole Foods Market. Representatives from Laura’s House will also be on hand to share information about current volunteer and donor opportunities!
Whole Foods Laguna Niguel is located at 23932 Aliso Creek Road in Laguna Niguel, and will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3. Please consider doing your shopping at Whole Foods Laguna Niguel that day, and help us to increase our impact on the community!
