Rebuilding lives is an important and often difficult task.

It takes dedicated and experienced staff, outstanding support programs and time. Without intervention and education programs, victims of domestic violence find it extremely difficult to break the cycle of coercion and abuse that have become the norm in their lives.

Laura's House Programs That Serve the Entire Family

Through the comprehensive domestic violence programs and services at Laura's House, victims of domestic violence receive the time and the tools necessary to live healthy, independent, and violence-free lives.

By reducing risk factors and providing the information, education, life skills and support Laura's House is able to break the cycle of domestic violence and empower victims to move beyond the abuse and live fulfilling lives.

  • Emergency Shelter

    Emergency Shelter

    (45-day program) Provides shelter, support and case management for women and children.

  • Children's Programs

    Children's Programs

    Provides therapeutic preschool and Kid's Club and a therapeutic after school program for Shelter residents.

  • Counseling and Resource Center

    Counseling & Resource Center

  • Legal Services

    Legal Services

    Provides assistance with restraining orders, court support and monthly legal clinic for free attorney consultations. (949) 361-3775.

  • Outreach


    Provides community education, prevention education, healthy dating habits for teens (H.E.A.R.T.) and community engagement.

  • Step Ahead

    Transitional Program

    Provides transitional housing to clients of Laura's House Emergency Shelter to extend the amount of time necessary in most cases for clients to work towards overall stability and goal-oriented planning in their lives.
