THERAPY GROUPS AND LIFE SKILLS WORKSHOPS

Laura’s House is hosting a series of therapy groups and life skills workshops this year to support personal growth and healing. Highlights include the Art for Healing Workshop, Stress Reduction with Meditation and Aromatherapy, and the Goal Setting Workshop. Additional sessions like the Creative Voice Workshop and domestic violence support groups offer tailored support. Workshops are facilitated by experienced professionals and held at locations in Aliso Viejo and Garden Grove. Registration and intake are required.
